Biography:
Jonathon L. Woodruff is a partner at Law Firm Carolinas whose practice focuses on homeowner and condominium association law. Based in Greensboro, he assists associations with North Carolina legal matters.
Jonathon oversees the day-to-day work of the firm’s assessment collection practice, working with attorneys, staff, association boards, and community managers on delinquent accounts and collection matters.
Jonathon joined the firm’s community association practice in May 2021. His earlier experience includes criminal defense and civil practice involving personal injury claims and settlement negotiations with insurance companies. That background informs his approach to evaluating disputes and helping clients consider possible resolutions.
Born and raised in Winston-Salem, Jonathon earned his undergraduate degree from North Carolina Central University and his law degree from Campbell University. Outside the office, he enjoys reading, playing card and board games, and spending time with his wife and family.
