Biography:

Keats W. Nyvall is an attorney at Law Firm Carolinas whose practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate. Based in Greenville, South Carolina, she is licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina and has practiced real estate law since 2022.

Keats is fluent in Spanish and assists clients with their real estate matters in English and Spanish. She values clear communication and helps clients understand the legal and practical issues involved in their transactions.

Before becoming a practicing attorney, Keats spent nearly a decade working for a commercial real estate development company in Greenville in a legal support role. Her work involved commercial transactions, corporate documentation, and private equity, including restaurant, retail, and industrial projects. That experience gives her a practical understanding of the business considerations involved in real estate transactions.

Born and raised in Indiana, Keats earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Spanish from Indiana University and her law degree from Charleston School of Law. She has made South Carolina her home since law school.

Outside the office, Keats enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and rescue dogs, exploring the Upstate, reading, traveling, and cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers.
