Biography:
Eric is a Greensboro, North Carolina native with many years of experience in real estate law, including: title insurance, commercial and residential transactions, and related property matters. Before coming to Law Firm Carolinas, Eric worked in several mid-sized NC firms, focusing primarily on real estate, corporate law and estate planning/administration. He also owned and operated a title insurance company. As a former CPA, Eric worked in Big 4 Accounting, and had accounting roles with 2 international furniture wholesalers. Eric has also taught continuing legal education on tax-deferred §1031 Like Kind Exchanges. He currently lives in Gibsonville with his wife and three boys.
