Biography:
Eric Hudson is an attorney at Law Firm Carolinas whose practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate. Based in Greensboro, he assists clients with real estate transactions, title issues, and related property matters.
Eric’s background includes work with several North Carolina law firms, where his practice involved real estate, business law, and estate planning and administration. He also owned and operated a title insurance company, giving him practical experience with the title considerations that can affect a property transaction.
Eric is also a former Certified Public Accountant. His accounting experience includes work with a Big Four accounting firm and two international furniture wholesalers. That background provides an additional perspective on the financial and business considerations involved in real estate matters.
Eric has taught continuing legal education programs on Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. He earned his law degree from Campbell University, a master’s degree in accounting from Wake Forest University, and his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
A Greensboro native, Eric lives in Gibsonville with his wife and their three sons.
