Daniel Callahan has over fifteen years of experience in real estate and transactional law. He has helped guide home buyers, sellers, investors, and other industry professionals through closings of both residential and commercial properties. Daniel prides himself on a hands on and relatable approach to problem solving and negotiating the various matters that arise before closing day.
Before joining Law Firm Carolinas, Daniel worked in boutique and mid-size firms where he managed a broad portfolio of transactions, from single-family home purchases to multi-tenant commercial developments. That experience has enabled him to anticipate all kinds of client’s needs, and taught him to communicate effectively with all parties, which is his favorite part of the job.
He is also happy to help with business and estate planning matters both of which are often closely tied to real estate, and important to consider as you seek counsel with respect to managing your assets.
Daniel grew up in the foothills of northwest Georgia near Chattanooga, Tennessee, but he’s called South Carolina home for twenty years and loves living in the Upstate. In his free time Daniel loves books and movies, playing music, hanging out in nature and attempting to perform improv comedy with Greenville’s Alchemy Improv.
