Biography:
Nancy Guyton has extensive experience advising individuals and businesses in real estate and business law in the Cape Fear region. As a Board Certified Specialist in Residential and Commercial Real Property law, she brings vast knowledge and expertise to her clients. Nancy has a diverse real estate practice, having represented individuals and developers in residential, multi-family, office, retail, and commercial properties and has closed purchase, acquisition, construction, and permanent loans. Her clients have included community associations and real estate brokerage firms. She routinely advises clients regarding title issues and disputes and 1031 exchanges. Nancy’s experience also includes negotiating leases and drafting contracts for business clients, including operating agreements and asset and stock purchase agreements. Nancy also enjoys advising clients in making their wills and estate plans.
In her spare time Nancy loves spending time at the beach, swimming, walking, reading, and knitting.
