Biography: Jarrett is an experienced practitioner licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina who primarily focuses on real estate law, including title searching, review, curative, closings, and general matters related to real estate throughout the Carolinas. He graduated from Elon University School of Law in 2011 after serving as a staff member of the Elon Law Review. Jarrett was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2011 and the South Carolina Bar in 2016, and has been a member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Real Property Section for several years. He has experience representing financial institutions and REO asset managers regarding their ownership and disposition of bank-owned property. Jarrett currently represents national and local residential builders in bulk land acquisitions, and frequently works with buyers, lenders, and agents to close purchase and refinance transactions. Outside of the office, Jarrett enjoys spending time with his wife and two beagles, traveling, and playing guitar when he can find the time. | |||
